Dale Cain died in Singapore where he lived with his wife, Sandra, and two of his children. He died of pancreatic cancer on Sunday, 6 January 2013. May he rest in peace.
I am so sad to hear of Dale,s passing. Even though we have not kept in contact over the years I feel a good friend is gone. My thoughts are with his family. Rest in peace Dale.
I just went through our year book and I just can't believe we've lost SO many of our fellow classmates! I had cancer in 1991. I am a survivor and I have to tell you my fellow classmates, every day I wake up is another gift from God! And with that thought, most days are great because there is always the alternative that we sometimes forget.
Class of 1965 - did we ever, ever think - 2015? We're the lucky ones!
I hope everyone will do their best to attend this year's reunion - it'll be wonderul to see you, catch up and remember the ones that we've lost.
Seems like just yesterday that I found out that Dale was my neighbor. He lived in Singapore and I live in Vietnam. We exchanged quite a few messages and although I hadn't made any specific plans I was looking forward to visiting him and his family in Singapore. He had a lovely and loving wife and a son and daughter that he was rightly proud of. Singapore is an almost perfect place to live, work and raise a family and he was happy and enjoying life when it was taken from him.
